Jinge Zhou, Juan Chen, Xiuli Yu, Yifan Li, Qifeng Lin
American Journal of Industrial and Business Management (AJIBM) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/ajibm.2013.34044
Abstract:

The cointegration test, granger causality test, VAR model, impulse response function and other econometric methods are used in this paper to analyze the influencing effect between commercial housing vacancy rate and CPI and its delay impact. The results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between commercial housing vacancy rate and CPI in China. There are at least one cointegration relationship between CHVR and CPI. The past values of the CPI appear to contain information which is useful for forecasting changes in the CHVR. CPI has a significant effect on CHVR and CPI rising drives CHVR.

Journal of Transportation Technologies (JTTs) , 2022, DOI: 10.4236/jtts.2022.121006
Abstract: In the mobile crowdsensing of vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs), in order to improve the amount of data collection, an effective method to attract a large number of vehicles is needed. Therefore, the incentive mechanism plays a dominant role in the mobile crowdsensing of vehicular ad hoc networks. In addition, the behavior of providing malicious data by vehicles as data collectors will have a huge negative impact on the whole collection process. Therefore, participants need to be encouraged to provide data honestly to obtain more available data. In order to increase data collection and improve the availability of collected data, this paper proposes an incentive mechanism for mobile crowdsensing in vehicular ad hoc networks named V-IMCS. Specifically, the Stackelberg game model, Lloyd’s clustering algorithm and reputation management mechanism are used to balance the competitive relationship between participants and process the data according to the priority order, so as to improve the amount of data collection and encourage participants to honestly provide data to obtain more available data. In addition, the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism is verified by a series of simulations. The simulation results show that the amount of available data is significantly higher than the existing incentive mechanism while improving the amount of data collection.

Low Carbon Economy (LCE) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/lce.2016.71007
Abstract: In recent years, the global climate governance is not just for a global environmental problem of climate change, more involved in international politics, economy, investment, technology and other fields, and involves the transformation of production and life style. Accompanied by global energy and technology revolution, the development of low carbon is our inevitable requirement. Recently, China submitted to UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) the Secretariat of the national independent contribution plan and set emission reduction targets: carbon dioxide emissions reach the peak in 2030 and strive to reach the peak as early as possible; carbon emission intensity decreased by 60% - 65% compared with that in 2005. This means that our government will intensify its efforts to reduce carbon emissions. In the past, our target was to reduce carbon emissions intensity, but now our country is to realize the reduction of total carbon emissions, or “absolute reduction”. Carbon finance is an important breakthrough in the development of low carbon economy and the promotion of carbon emission reduction. This paper focuses on the analysis of the development status of China’s carbon financial market, the problems and the opportunities and challenges faced, and finally, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are given from the perspectives of policy, talent, mechanism, international cooperation and so on, in order to promote the development of carbon financial market innovation, to seize the commanding heights of the era of low-carbon economy.
The Study of Microchannel Plate Gain Using SIMION  [PDF]
Yifan Zhao
Open Journal of Modelling and Simulation (OJMSi) , 2020, DOI: 10.4236/ojmsi.2020.81001
Abstract: Microchannel plates (MCP) are widely used for particle detection. The gain of chevron MCPs is related to geometrical parameters, but no study has been done through SIMION simulation. The purpose of this study is to model a chevron MCP and its secondary emission process using SIMION and determine the relationship between microchannel plate gain, voltage, channel bias angle, and diameter. Two geometry files simulated MCP electric field and shape, and a Lua program simulated secondary emission. Simulation results showed that MCP gain is proportional to voltage, angles between 5 and 15 degrees maximize gain, and gain is inversely proportional to the diameter. This study accurately simulates a chevron MCP and yields the relationship between gain, voltage, channel bias angle, and diameter. Further studies are needed to simulate electron trajectories for improved precision.

- , 2018,
Abstract: Given its superiority of faster recovery, shorter length of stay, less blood loss, lower postoperative morbidity without compromising the survival, there has been an increasing trend toward laparoscopic liver resection (LLR) worldwide (1-4). With advances in laparoscopic equipment and technologies, indications of LLR have been extended to major and complicated hepatectomies, such as standard hemihepatectomy, extended hemihepatectomy, mesohepatectomy, and the associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy (5-7). Even for patients with colorectal cancer with liver metastases, LLR is an appropriate option offering benefits in short-term outcomes based on the Southampton Consensus (8)
Antagonistic effect of 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) on generation of immunosuppressive protein of stress in the rat
Juxiang Li,Li Shao,Yifan Li,Lin Mei,Shaoguang Fan
Chinese Science Bulletin , 1999, DOI: 10.1007/BF02887122
Abstract: Neonatal rats were injected with 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) for chemical sympathectomy. The rats were treated with restraint stress when they grew up to 56 d. It has-been found that the generation of immunosuppressive protein of stress (ISPS) is significantly reduced, suggesting that peripheral sympathetic nerve plays an important role in mediating the generation of ISPS.
Nampt is involved in DNA double-strand break repair
Bingtao Zhu,Xiaoli Deng,Yifan Sun,Lin Bai
Chinese Journal of Cancer , 2012, DOI: 10.5732/cjc.012.10089
Abstract: DNA double-strand break (DSB) is the most severe form of DNA damage, which is repaired mainly through high-fidelity homologous recombination (HR) or error-prone non-homologous end joining (NHEJ). Defects in the DNA damage response lead to genomic instability and ultimately predispose organs to cancer. Nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (Nampt), which is involved in nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide metabolism, is overexpressed in a variety of tumors. In this report, we found that Nampt physically associated with CtIP and DNA-PKcs/Ku80, which are key factors in HR and NHEJ, respectively. Depletion of Nampt by small interfering RNA (siRNA) led to defective NHEJ-mediated DSB repair and enhanced HR-mediated repair. Furthermore, the inhibition of Nampt expression promoted proliferation of cancer cells and normal human fibroblasts and decreased β-galactosidase staining, indicating a delay in the onset of cellular senescence in normal human fibroblasts. Taken together, our results suggest that Nampt is a suppressor of HR-mediated DSB repair and an enhancer of NHEJ-mediated DSB repair, contributing to the acceleration of cellular senescence.

Abstract: The Human Oral Microbiome Database (HOMD) provides an extensive collection of genome sequences from oral bacteria. The sequence information is a static snapshot of the microbial potential of the so far sequenced species. A major challenge is to connect the microbial potential encoded in the metagenome to an actual function in the in vivo oral biofilm. In the present study we took a reductionist approach and identified a considerably conserved metabolic gene, spxB to be encoded by a majority of oral streptococci using the HOMD metagenome information. spxB encodes the pyruvate oxidase responsible for the production of growth inhibiting amounts of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and has previously been shown as important in the interspecies competition in the oral biofilm. Here we demonstrate a strong correlation of H2O2 production and the presence of the spxB gene in dental plaque. Using Real-Time RT PCR we show that spxB is expressed in freshly isolated human plaque samples from several donors and that the expression is relative constant when followed over time in one individual. This is the first demonstration of an oral community encoded gene expressed in vivo suggesting a functional role of spxB in oral biofilm physiology. This also demonstrates a possible strategy to connect the microbial potential of the metagenome to its functionality in future studies by identifying similar highly conserved genes in the oral microbial community.
Time to talk about parents of ill children

- , 2019, DOI: 10.21037/atm.2019.08.52
Abstract: The biopsychosocial medical model was proposed to emphasize the role of mentality and environment as significant as biological factors in disease recovery (1). Based upon the consensus of psychological factors in the biopsychosocial medical model, psychological intervention related programmes have been implemented to ensure mental health and improve the prognosis of physiologically ill patients (2). Nevertheless, there have been few social factors related projects since the environments of patients seem hard to change. However, parents of ill children play a pivotal role in children’s social environment, providing an entry point to make a difference in ill children’s recovery
